Overview
Tab Turano is a partner at Miller Friel, PLLC. For more than 18 years, Mr. Turano has counseled clients on complex insurance issues and handled insurance claims on behalf of corporate policyholders. He has significant experience representing policyholders in mediations, arbitrations, and litigation in state and federal courts around the country and has successfully litigated and settled a wide variety of D&O, E&O, Cyber, Property, and General Liability insurance claims. He has also assisted directors and officers in securing insurance in connection with an array of DOJ, SEC, CFPB and other governmental investigations. In addition, Mr. Turano routinely negotiates policy language, and facilitates the purchase of insurance for clients, helping guide them through the procurement and renewal processes.
Prior to joining Miller Friel, PLLC, Mr. Turano was an associate in the Insurance Recovery and Advisory Practice group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
