Sydney Warinner
Overview
Sydney is an Associate at the firm. Prior to joining Miller Friel, Sydney served as Assistant General Counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice, where she focused on commercial litigation and contract interpretation. As Assistant General Counsel she developed a strategic approach to the analysis of contracts that is directly applicable to insurance policy analysis and complex commercial insurance litigation.
Sydney is a summa cum laude graduate of Ohio State University and a cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During law school, Sydney was the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for Case Western Reserve Law Review, Team Captain for Case Western’s Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team, and a 2023 National Jurist Law Student of the Year award finalist.
