Sara Moghadam

Overview

Sara Moghadam brings more than twenty years of commercial litigation experience to her insurance recovery practice. Her trial and appellate work has spanned state and federal courts across the country. Her seasoned business judgment is honed from a career at DLA Piper, where she was a partner in the Litigation group prior to joining Miller Friel. Her substantial experience handling claims and resolving coverage disputes includes representing policyholders in connection with general liability, professional liability, D&O, excess, and crime policies.

Sara is a magna cum laude graduate of Bucknell University and an honors graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review.
